Appesat Review
Most of us are guilty of overeating. We all eat a lot more than we really need and regularly indulge in fattening treats that pile on the pounds. The problem is... it's usually in our minds. We convince ourselves that we're still hungry, even though our stomachs are full. Some of us just don't know when to stop, and are overeating ourselves into early graves because of it.
Sometimes, even after eating a large meal, I can still make a little extra room for seconds and maybe even a dessert too. The problem is is love my food. That's why I've failed with every diet I've ever tried. I miss all those indulgent foods and end up convincing myself that I deserve them. The hunger pangs become to much to bare, and before I know it I'm stuffing my face with a cream cake (and feeling pretty guilty about it too).
It wasn't until I heard about natural appetite suppressants like Appesat, that I realised there might be a light at the end of my long weight loss tunnel. Before, the world of slimming pills had never interested me. I've always heard such terrible things about them, and I swore I'd never try them. But now, the market is flooded with a new variety of 'safe' natural slimming aids that have no dangerous side effects.
I decided to do my homework before using a hunger suppressant. This is what I have managed to find out about one of the leading natural appetite suppressants, Appesat, so far...
About Appesat Slimming Pills
First, I want to start off with the good stuff. Appesat was approved the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Authority and has been deemed as safe to use without prescription. The effectiveness of the slimming aid has also been clinically proven to boost your weight loss by up to 67%. So, at least we know it's safe and it works.
Now lets look at how it works... Basically, Appesat is just an expanding pill. When taken with water the pill expands and tricks your stomach into thinking that it's full, before you have eaten a single thing. It works in a very similar way to high fibre foods that make you feel full after a relatively small quantity. As soon as the stomach wall is stretched, you just don't feel the need to eat as much food. The pill eventually (after a few hours) is broken down by stomach acids, and is pasted through the body as natural waste.
Appesat contains Bioginate Complex an extract from the laminaria digitata seaweed plant. There is very little information regarding the other ingredients on the Appesat website, which concerns me slightly. The fact that the pill never enters the bloodstream, and causes no serious side effects, ease my concerns slightly.
Can anyone use Appesat diet pills?
If like me, you eat too much and you want to reduce the amount of food you eat, then Appesat is for you. If you have been advised by your doctor to lose weight for health reasons, you may want to consider a stronger prescribed medication. But, if you just want to lose weight for cosmetic reasons then Appesat can certainly help you out.
Again, like most of the slimming aids out there, you will have to make certain adjustments to your current lifestyle to achieve the results the Appesat website promises. Eating a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise will improve your chances of weight loss. This will also help you to keep the weight off for longer. Do not take Appesat if you have a BMI of 18.5 or less, if you are pregnant or currently breast feeding. If you're on medication or you have any kind of illness ask your doctor about using Appesat.
What's all the fuss about Appesat – does it work?
Firstly, if you don't like Appesat, they'll give you your money back. So, the makers must be pretty confident that it works! Secondly, although the weight loss will be gradual, you can expect to lose on average one and a half stones in a three month period. And thirdly, you can lose weight easily with Appesat, and you don't have to starve yourself. Personally, this is my favourite thing about Appesat so far. Not only will you not feel hungry, but you won't feel like snacking and you'll learn to eat smaller portions. Retraining your mind and realising that you don't need as much food is a great way to ensure that you don't regain the weight, once you stop taking Appesat. But remember folks... this isn't a meal replacement. You may feel like eating less, but you will still need to eat!!!
If you're still not convinced... Checkout Vanessa Feltz's (UK celebrity) story on how she used Appesat to drop two dress sizes in just three months. Hers and other success stories can be found on the Appesat website.
How do you take Appesat?
All you need to do is take the pill(s) with water half an hour before you eat a meal. The maximum amount of pills per day you can take is 9. You can start to reduce the amount of pills you take after three weeks. There a plan on the website that has easy to follow guidelines on your personal dosage. You will also find some great dieting tips and advice on the website. Check it out at (website).
What are the side effects of Appesat?
Appesat doesn't need to enter into your bloodstream to work. For this reason there are no dangerous side effects liked to the Appesat pill. However, some Appesat users have complained of upset stomachs and mild diarrhoea. So, make sure you bare this in mind before you take Appesat diet pills.
The cons of taking Appesat
Like every diet aid on the market, there are always cons. Even though Appesat has a great website, it doesn't have enough real information on there for my liking. I'd like to know what exactly goes into a pill before I decide to buy it.
Appesat tablets come in a standard box of 50 and cost £29.95. At the start of your program it is suggested that you should take 9 Appesat pills per day for the first 1 – 3 weeks. This means you will be getting through more than one box per week. That's where it starts to get a little expensive. But, for those of us who have struggled our entire lives with weight issues, this is a relatively small price to pay to lose those unwanted pounds.
Now that I know more about Appesat, I'm less scared of these types of pills and far more willing to give them a try. So, if like me, you're sick of trying to lose weight alone and you can't bare the idea of one more yo-yo diet, then why not give Appesat a try? Yeah, so it's a little expensive, but who can put a price on happiness?
