Default hypnotherapy

Congratulations Lucy.

hypnotherapy is a good way to motivate oneself.

Experts say that all hypnotherapy is 'self-hypnotherapy'.

The hypnotherapist gives us the suggestions but WE must imagine them, believe in them, put them in to practice etc.

e.g.
I once went on stage to be hypnotised, the hypnotherapist told us to look into this light and imagine we are becoming weaker, lighter, feeling faint etc etc.
He then said he would tap us on the shoulder and we'd fall backwards.

However, I went one step further, I imagined too much, I imagined I was really weak, like in a desert looking into the midday sun getting incredibly weaker etc etc, i was imagining more than the hypnotherapist was telling me.

The result - I fell off the stage before the hypnotherapist got to me!

Conclusion - you don't need a hypnotherapist to be hypnotised.

Hypnotherapy is just the act of getting messages into your subconcious mind. As long as you relax and tell yourself positive messages, you will succeed.

Just Google 'self-hypnotherepy' for more info on this.
