Default Lose weight forever now

I weigh about 250lbs, and my height is 190cms. Am I on the verge of obesity? I want to lose weight before it gets out of hand. Have tried dieting but it yielded no poor results. Need help.

You not only need to eat healthy but you also need to exercise. If you are just dieting, it will be tough to lose weight. It can be done, but it is much slower than when you combine regular exercise with your diet.
