I try not to do New Year's resolutions because I find I tend to put off stuff until the New Year rolls around. For instance, many people quit smoking as their resolution but end up failing to quit. Rather than waiting until the New Year rolls around again, why not try to quit again. Make a June resolution or a Summer resolution or even a Tuesday resolution.
