Exclamation Scientists dismiss 'detox myth'

According to a recent article on the BBC website, 'there is no evidence that products widely promoted to help the body "detox" work, scientists warn'.

Interesting stuff considering im sure the 'detox' market is quite a big one!!!

I think this is something that everyone has known deep down for a very long time, detox is a silly idea because almost anyting you buy to eat is not "natural".

People would be better spending this money on gym memberships and sweating toxins out.
